Welcome to Our Regenerative Farm

We provide farm fresh organically-grown vegetables, pastured eggs, and pastured chicken from our 100-acre family farm in the Township of Eramosa, Rockwood, Ontario.

We believe in preventing the need for pesticides and herbicides by using natural alternative measures to ensure our crops are pest-free. We manually weed with hand tools, we use crop rotation and mainly use insect row covers to stop the bugs from getting to the crop.

Our growing season begins in June and ends in October running for 18 weeks. Each week, you will receive a variety of freshly hand-picked vegetables from our family farm where we use organic practices to grow our crop. We offer a Full Share feeds approximately a family of 3-4 and Half Share feeds approximately a family of 1-2. The contents of each weekly share will vary depending on what’s in season at the time of picking.

Carrots, Beets, Onions (spring & bulb), Garlic, Kale, Swiss Chard, Beans, Sugar Snap Pea’s, Cucumbers, Peppers, Zucchini & Summer Squash, Potatoes, Tomatoes (Regular, Roma, Heirloom and Cherry), Lettuces (mesclun salad mix, lettuce heads, romaine), Eggplant, Spinach, Arugula, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Fall Squashes (delicata, butternut & acorn), Bok Choy, Brussel sprouts, Red & Green Cabbage, Kohlrabi (purple & green), Radishes, Turnips, Leeks, Radicchio and herbs (cilantro, mint, dill and basil)
